Is "urea delete" the same as "AdBlue delete"?

 Yes  urea and AdBlue refer to the same fluid and the same SCR system, just different naming depending on the manufacturer, the dash message, or the diagnostic tool used. The fix is identical.

 Delete disables dosing at ECU level and re-flashes the emissions map  no hardware removed, fully permanent. Removal physically takes the SCR components off the vehicle. Bypass uses an emulator to fool the ECU  quick and reversible, not permanent. Most London customers we see have already had a pump or sensor replaced once; for that pattern, delete is almost always the stronger long-term call.

You can usually keep driving initially, but most systems will start a countdown (often measured in miles or engine starts) after which the vehicle is forced into limp mode or won’t restart. It’s best treated as urgent rather than ignored.

The engine will typically restrict to a very low speed (limp mode) or refuse to restart entirely until the fault is cleared, which usually means arranging a diagnostic and fix before the vehicle can be used normally again.
